Automation that answers on WhatsApp, books the job and tells a human.
We build WhatsApp, CRM, voice, booking and workflow automation for Zimbabwean SMEs and mid-market companies. Scoped in the open, priced by its drivers, run with human approval where it matters. From Cape Town, for clients across Zimbabwe.
Or WhatsApp +27 67 158 9421. No obligation, no sales deck.
The pattern behind every build
Trigger → AI → action, with a human on the risky branch
Every automation we ship is the same shape. Something happens (a WhatsApp message, a missed call, a form, an EcoCash confirmation, a date). Software reads it, checks your rules and history, and either does the next step or hands it to a named person. Nothing that touches money, credit or a complaint gets auto-approved unless you have decided it should.
Designed for the constraints, not around them
Six Zimbabwe facts that change how we build
These are the things that make a South African or American template fail here. Each one is sourced; each one shapes a design decision.
